Esteemed Chair and Legislators,

I stand before you today to present my cabinet, with the exception of Minister of Culture. I seek to have a MoD, a MoI, a MoFA, and a MoC, three of which I am currently presenting my nominees here. I will soon post an application form for Minister of Culture as well, and will nominate a MoC soon after.

I hereby nominate @Heliseum as Minister of Defense with the following responsibilities:

To maintain the SPSF both administratively and through the recruitment and training of new members, to grow the active core of frequent updaters, to provide leadership in our military, and to further the ideals and goals of defending within our region and abroad.

There are very few who are as qualified as Heliseum to serve as Minister of Defense. I hold no doubts they will serve excellently as Minister of Defense once more.

I officially declare that I intend to retain @Trivalve as Minister of Integration with the following responsibility:

To introduce new nations into TSP’s community, to encourage their activity within our region, and to drive their engagement with the things we offer as a region; To encourage our members to join our forums and discord, to recruit new nations to our region, to provide support and information to new members who need help in getting involved in TSP, and to build and maintain the infrastructure required to facilitate integration.

Trivalve has been working hard to implement some major improvements to our integration infrastructure, projects that are close to completion. With the effort I have seen Trivalve put into these behind the scenes projects, I have full faith in them to execute on the vision for integration I hold.

I officially declare that I intend to retain @Welly as Minister of Foreign Affairs with the following responsibility:

To advance the Coalition’s interests on the interregional stage, to promptly respond to and monitor external situations, to maintain and develop our foreign relationships, and to cultivate FA talent internally, especially through growing and maintaining our Ambassador program.

Welly has done an amazing job as Minister of Foreign Affairs, doing an excellent job managing various Foreign Affairs situations that have arisen, and building up TSP’s reputation abroad well above what previous MoFAs have maintained. Welly has shown their skill in FA, and I would greatly like them to continue as Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Looks pretty similar to the current cabinet. Not necessarily a bad thing, but just saying.

Since Erstavik will most likely be elected Delegate and not be able to reseek the Office of OWL. Any update on a new OWL Director?

With MoFA, Welly has served excellently, and I don’t think there’s anyone else who’s as good at FA.

With MoD, there’s only a handful of people who have the experience and activity to serve, and it’s also helpful to have the previous PM as a cabinet member in regards to the transfer of power and continuation of the last term’s projects.

With MoI, there’s a few projects Trivalve has been working on that are close to completion and I’d like to see them through without any of the hiccups of a different MoI.

@Trivalve and @Welly are retained as MoI and MoFA, respectively, and therefore do not require another confirmation vote.

I would like @Trivalve’s and @Welly’s retentions to be voted on in the same way as an appointment. Especially with the change in administration from @Heliseum to me, it is my preference that the Assembly confirms all my Ministers, even if retained.

Any way we can hear what Welly’s, Trivalve’s, and Heliseum’s plans will be for this term?

If the new / returning OWL Director can post some plans here as well that would be great!

I’m not intending to return to Cabinet (the WA Act allows for the PM to appoint an OWL Director outside Cabinet - this change to legislation was mine/Welly/Henn’s fault).

I plan on fully supporting to the best of my ability any plans that the Cabinet has regarding the GA, and also to create opportunities for interested TSPers to take part in the running of OWL, including but not limited to designing dispatches for voting recommendations like I did back in 2024.

Hey! In terms of integration, I plan on finalising the new wizard. This however is going to be majorly dependent on consistent communication from the forum admins. Once this is is done, I will put my focus more into the regions recruitment team. This would include activity checks, possible recruitment goals and also looking into reimplementing our old external recruitment system so that we can begin recruiting new spawns into our region again.
