Effective immediately, @KrisKringle is appointed as the Election Commissioner in accordance with the Elections Act, Article 1,.
In accordance with the Regional Officers Act, Article 2, Section 8, the interim Delegate is ordered to appoint Kringalia as a Regional Officer with the title of “Election Commissioner” and the Appearance, Communications, and Polls powers, in addition to any other properly ordered regional officer assignments.
