A1-0 Low Hanging Fruit

Some people have made FC before the big ones, but other than that yeah, just vague knowledge that there are some people out there

hey all if you are in a rp with me, those are on pause until the big one first contact occurs as I’m dedicating time to fleshing out my lore before the restart occurs

Real sorry, I’ve reached out to you to figure out how it ends before the big one occurs so the lore is in continuity

His evilness is a good inspiration for the TSE, unfortunately

So what is the Otmoonan Pentarchy anyway? Is it a separate nation that’s part of Qwert’s plot or an actual nation on the map that I just couldn’t find?

I got the Biology section updated and saved, I got the culture section written and stored somewhere else while the wiki fights me, all that’s left for the Twila page for now is the history section

It must be part of Qwert’s plot. I believe a similar such annexation happened in the OG A1-0

It is part of Qwert’s plot, yes.

A part of his plot. TSE has a system where it keeps most alien species in protectorates on the borders of its plot.

Not really that situation here though. The Pentarchy is a fully independent nation above the Treecuu Empire.

Besides the sizes pushing it, i think that calling a 1km ship a swarmer is a bit ridiculous

Droplets are meant to be “swarmers” used by giant Battlemoons against entire fleets or giant/very large capital ships, not regular ones. Ships also have reasonably-sized swarming units and drones that are only meters in size (or much smaller, if they’re monomatter-based): those are the most numerous and the ones that are actually used most often.

Droplets are also considerably rudimentary: they’re essentially just a particle beam weapon strapped to a fusion engine. They don’t have shielding of any kind, or sapient AI. They’re ironically a lot less complex than standard swarmers.

They’re still absurd though. If you have a batch of 1000 of them, that’s 490 billion square meters, give a couple billion due to their shape, of ship. Just the resource drain on that would be wild, and I can’t imagine how so many objects so large could even function in a swarm that big

Oh well. I suppose I could scale them down.

Although, why would their size impact their ability to function? We’re in space, after all. There’s certainly not a lack of 3d space and distances to move around in.
