I think this is an interesting idea, it could also implement a system similar to the one I proposed earlier. I think it’s important to keep a strong set of rules with the TT, it should not just be used to further one’s main star nation. We might also want to consider having one or multiple “UN’s” throughout the TT rather than having each of them go through first contacts recently to the canon
