Due to the neglect of the Prime Minister and lack of response to several questions and even expressing about his own recall, I second the motion.

The two motions are indeed recognised, however, before voting may be cancelled, there will be a 24hr waiting period from when the motion was seconded to allow for other legislators to raise any objections.
As the 24hr waiting period has passed, and no legislators have raised any objections, voting on this recall resolution is hereby cancelled.
