| Why do you wish to become a recruiter? |
| I think it's a good way to demonstrate that I care about the TSP Community beyond just Discord activity, and more than that, recruitment helps spend time doing something actively for a region, compared to other activities. |
| How active would you say you are on the RMB? |
| Very little. I'm not active generally on RMBs anywhere. I hate it so much that I automated it in EoGB. |
| How would you describe your understanding of the current positions new nations can join (legislators, SPSF, etc)? |
| I think I have a good or at least basic understanding of them all. |
| Do you have ideas you wish to bring with you into this recruitment position? |
| I want to try and see if targetting manual recruitment at Ejects (non-R/D Puppets) and refounds separately might help bring active members into the community and help with designing better strategies for capturing new player and returning player interests. |
