Name’s Redhook, captain o’ the Free Land of Sirens, Grog and Dock ’n’ Roll — fresh off the high seas and already wonderin’ why half o’ ye still wear shoes.
We’re the sort that sails under a Jolly Roger with crossed rum bottles and a winkin’ siren on it. No king, no taxes, no tedious “laws” beyond the Code. Civil rights so excessive ye could drown in ’em, political freedoms to make tyrants weep, and an economy kept afloat by gamblin’, black-market grog, and the occasional well-timed keelhaulin’.
We’ve already dismissed more nanny-state nonsense than most nations ever see in a lifetime: no organ snatching, no book burnin’, no price-fixin’ on milk, no vegan sermons from fancy ministers. If it smells like government overreach, we burn it for kindling and throw a dock party on the ashes.
So if ye be raiders, freebooters, rum-runners, or just souls tired o’ wearin’ chains — drop anchor, raise a tankard, and say hello. If ye be tax-lovin’ bureaucrats or pearl-clutchin’ busybodies… well, the sirens are always hungry for fresh chum.
Fair winds and following seas, mates.
Or foul ones. We ain’t picky.
Yo ho ho,
The Scoundrels
(who already know where yer harbor is, just in case)
