Basic Info
The Union of United Ships is a stratocratic confederal democracy, with each Fleet given high amounts of autonomy over their internal and some external affairs. In total, there are 6 Battle Fleets, 2 Supply Fleets, and the Capital Defence Fleet. Founded by remnants of the Gaian Imperial Navy, Rear Admiral Matthew Reddy, CO of the 5th Fleet, was appointed as the Supreme Commander of the Grand Alliance, founded to protect Imperial colonies and people in the Anaka Cluster, for years awaited for a message from Imperial High Command, which never came. Eventually, Supreme Commander Reddy, tired of Imperial Law, decided to ensure the Grand Alliance forged its own path, letting go of the chained corpse of Gaia, which led to the signing of the Union Constitution, which established the Unions Government. Supreme Commander Reddy would be sworn in as the 1st Supreme Commander Of The Union. Today, the Union is largely mysterious to exterior states, as the Union rarely engages in foreign relations, trading only for shipbuilding materials in exchange for Union Military Tech, such as the MAC Gun and Nuclear Ballistic Missiles.
