No it should not, a good head of state should only be a rubber stamp for the government. But trust can be built over long periods of time. Logically thinking, I have no incentive to push that “big red botton” as part of this community for over 5 years, It would only spell trouble for me to throw everything away especially when regional security is really important after such an incedent.
