It has come with immense joy to serve as your Minister of Culture. Although our term was relatively short, I was honored to be able to have the opportunity to serve this region I love. However, today, I must pass the baton to ProfessorHenn, who I know will be a dedicated to Minister to not only the region, but also the Ministry.
Additionally, I have loved being able to work with all of the Ministry’s staff who have been a guiding force for the future of cultural events in the region.
I thank you all for this amazing opportunity: it’s been a pleasure serving the South Pacific.
