The Serniani Diplomatic Corps, sometimes called the Corps Diplomatique, is the Diplomatic Command Outfit, managing the diplomatic relations of the Velvet Rose. Usually in constant odds with the Directorate Naval Intelligence Office, due to their two perceived polar opposite goals.
