Just want it noted for the record that the resolution gives reference to “Operation Heimdall” which were trumped up and bogus charges of treason against me.
Hence I am against. I would implore the Delegate to vote Against this resolution for that reason, even if Balder has drifted toward us in recent years.
That is not my call, you should know that as a former delegate yourself. I have brought this up to the government though.

The Prime Minister may issue a WA voting instruction “for legitimate security or diplomatic reasons only.” World Assembly Act, Art. 2, Sec. (1), Sub-sec. (b). The government has determined that there are no such reasons to override the regional poll in this case.
