Resignation as MoFA

I hate to do this just after Vrigny has resigned, but I officially resign as Minister of Foreign Affairs. The cabinet was informed of my intention to resign a few weeks ago, but I have stayed on during the interim period while the PM was on leave.

I thank @ProfessorHenn for appointing me, and @KrisKringle for retaining me in this office.
