Honorable members of the Assembly,
It is with great urgency and deep concern that I address this esteemed Assembly today on behalf of the Krauanagaz Federation. As we convene to discuss Resolution 23, we are faced with a critical juncture in our collective pursuit of peace, stability, and justice in the global community. The recent illegal airstrikes conducted by the Holy Dominion of Zuhlgan and the People’s Republic of San Marsico on Pohnarras Island have shocked the international community and gravely undermined the principles enshrined in the Charter of the World Forum. These brazen acts of aggression not only constitute a flagrant violation of Krauanagaz’s sovereignty but also represent a blatant disregard for international law and human rights.
As we gather here today, we must reaffirm our unwavering commitment to upholding the fundamental principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the peaceful resolution of disputes. We cannot turn a blind eye to the loss of innocent lives and the destabilization caused by these illegal airstrikes. It is incumbent upon us to demand accountability for these egregious violations and to ensure that justice is served for the victims and their families. Resolution 23 serves as a testament to our collective resolve to condemn acts of aggression and to uphold the rule of law in the face of adversity. It calls upon all member states to stand in solidarity with Krauanagaz and to work together towards a peaceful and sustainable resolution to the ongoing crisis in Pohnarras Island and Southern Krauanagaz.
In closing, let us seize this opportunity to reaffirm our shared commitment to peace, justice, and the preservation of human rights. Together, let us chart a path towards a brighter future for all nations and peoples, guided by the principles of unity, cooperation, and mutual respect.

A Resolution to Condemn the Holy Dominion of Zuhlgan and the People’s Republic of San Marsico for Illegal Airstrikes and Extrajudicial Killings
Section A — Purpose
-
To reaffirm the principles enshrined in the Charter of the World Forum, including the respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the peaceful resolution of disputes,
-
To express deep concern over the recent unauthorized airstrikes conducted by the Holy Dominion of Zuhlgan and the People’s Republic of San Marsico on Pohnarras Island, resulting in unjustified casualties and destabilization of the region,

To recognize the fundamental importance of upholding international law and the protection of human rights in all circumstances,

To affirm the duty of all states to refrain from acts of aggression and to seek peaceful means of conflict resolution, and
-
To emphasize the imperative of accountability for violations of international law and human rights abuses.
Section B — Definitions

Illegal Airstrikes shall be recognized as; A military action by a third party without authorization from the government which retains administrative and internationally recognized control over the territory targeted by the third party aircraft or other airbound weaponry. The action may or may not result in casualties.

Extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions or killings shall be defined as; the deliberate killing of individuals outside of any legal framework.
Section C — Addressing fatal Zuhlgani and San Marsicoan military action in Krauanagaz and the Gulf of Good Omen

The Assembly condemns in the strongest terms the unauthorized and illegal airstrikes carried out by Zuhlgan and San Marsico on Pohnarras Island, which constitute a flagrant violation of Krauanagaz’s sovereignty and international law;

The Assembly deplores the loss of lives resulting from these airstrikes and calls for full investigations to be conducted to ensure accountability for those responsible for the extrajudicial killings of Krauanagazan citizens;

The Assembly calls upon Zuhlgan and San Marsico to immediately cease all military actions that infringe upon the sovereignty of Krauanagaz and to refrain from carrying out further destabilizing actions in the region;

The Assembly urges all member states to respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political independence of Krauanagaz and to refrain from any actions that may exacerbate tensions or escalate the conflict occurring domestically;

The Assembly calls for international cooperation and dialogue to address the root causes of the crisis in Pohnarras Island and Southern Krauanagaz and to facilitate a peaceful and sustainable resolution to the ongoing conflict; and
-
The Assembly recognizes that the Krauanagaz Federation decides to remain seized of the matter and to take further action as necessary to uphold the principles of the Charter and Krauanagazan law and to restore peace and stability in the region.
