A Representative of the TCG answered questions from the Media regarding yesterday’s unexplained explosions in Point Rain. The Representative confirmed that the explosions were indeed from several improvised explosive devices targetting Pro-Izaakian businesses including Terra Firma Agronomics, a well known agricultural manufacturer in Point Rain. 30 people were believed to have died while another 72 people were injured in the explosions. The TCG has also reported that the suspects are still at large and warned of copy cat incidents including the attempt by a foreigner to enter Vexen vilage with military grade explosives.

A video uploaded on Stream shows footage of the National Guard of Kliegme being deployed in Chapayev. 2 hours later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that the Counter Terrorist unit, SOBR, has neutralised an attempt at terrorism. They report that 6 have been killed, with 5 in custody. They have also located and defused all bombs.
“Acting on unknown motivations, eleven people of unknown nationality planned a simultaneous attack on residents of the Sakuderyev Oblast with the use of firearms and explosives in crowded places” an official in the National Guard reported. “We suspect their actions are related to the recent terrorist attacks in Termina and Nicholas and Great Britain.”
The Ministry of Internal Affairs have announced the National Guard will conduct a counter-terrorist operation within Kliegme’s borders for 3 weeks. They have also requested the Citizens of Kliegme to report any suspicious activity.
President Blanc has sacked the Director of The Department for Homeland Security after it emerged that the explosives used in yesterdays attacks were smuggled into Izaakia from abroad. He has been replaced with Ted Gravy, a formidable no-nonsense civil servant from Polar City.
In other news the casualties from yesterdays attacks have reached 43 deaths, with 208 hospitalised, of those 19 remain in intensive care. The devices used for the attacks were military grade imbued with nails to create a dirty bomb. The government has yet to release an ID on the perpetrators of the attack. However several of the terrorists are in custody and have been moved to a remote holding site.
Montwælda President Blanc calls an emergency session of parliament to outline the facts of yesterdays terror attacks, and put forward actions in retaliation.
In a speech televised all across Valora and in Ryccian media, the Valoran autocrat pretender to the throne, King Leonidas, has claimed responsibility for the bombings in New Mako and Point Rain yesterday. “The Izaakian demons have and will have learned to never interfere in the affairs of Valora. Their satanic presence will not be tolerated in our soil, ever. Should Izaakian subversion continue, events such as these will be repeated in a righteous act of self-defense of our country and to impose just punishment on these foreign agents of chaos”. Mirrey and the Valoran factions warring against the autocrats immediately condemned the autocrat monarch and his attacks as soon as the announcement ended, but the junta has refused to comment on the issue.

Peonic Ministry of Foreign Affairs moves to sanction Valora and terrorists related to the recent attacks in The South Pacific, a statement from the Royal Palace calls for an immediate condemnation of the attack:
“There is little cultural overlaps between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home … they are children of the same foul spirit, and it is our continuing duty to confront them.”
Further actions by Valora or other terrorist groups towards Huawan or Peonic allies in such manners may “lead to consequences, should it be see fit.”
The Peonic Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported over 7 Peonic statesmen were killed in the bombings of New Mako and Point Rain, with 30 others wounded and hospitalised. These civilians are swiftly tended to by the Peonic foreign mission. It is currently unknown of Peonic casualties in NaGB and Doge Land.
Huawan mobilises its armed forces as it increases security of select positions.
Travel bans are instituted from and to Hazelia, Doge Land, Valora and NaGB. Travel restrictions and advise issued to nationals traveling to or from Termina and Izaakia.
Several racism and beatings of Valoran nationals occur in Huawan, some brawls between Valoran and Izaakian nationals also occur in several parts of the country

Minister of Interior Lyssa Fiore and Prytanis Boutros Georgiou stated in a press roll today regarding the terrorists attacks of Valora:
“We will not accept such a actions of terror in any nation of the South Pacific in the 21th century. This is an embarrassing and disgusting action to take instead of diplomacy.”
The Lyssa Fiore took her turn to talk:
“If any terrorist attack is made against Huawan or any Central Cordilian nation, or any peonic ally, we will have to take actions against it of similar force. Or worse. We just want to remember that the last time we had a terrorist in Cordilian soil our own citizens beat him to death, and we don’t have any problem doing it again against Valoran criminals, in Rhaynan or Valoran soil.”
Prytanis Boutros Georgiou asks for a official international meeting to discuss with the Peony and other Central Cordilian nations leaders mutual defense pacts against the Valoran threat in any of the capitals of the signing nations.
Terelia agrees. There needs to be an economic and military union inside of Central Cordilia, so that it may not fall to chaos under the current tides of politics.

The Gianlucian minister of foreign affairs, Strunk, has proclaimed, that the Gianlucian government is "supporting the idea of a union in Central Cordilia: “Stabilising the area after one of too many unnecessary wars and showing strength and independence to the states trying to divide the world into spheres of influence still, that’s something we can fully support.”

In a recent press conference, Chancellor Friedrich Müller announced that the Weisserstein Government fully accepts the idea of a Central Cordilian Union and shows interest in participating.
“Such a union will safeguard the region’s security and stability, expand economic cooperation and opportunities, amongst other benefits…” he stated. He later added that Weisserstein will participate in meetings regarding the CCU.

Mobs and gangs mock him and yell that he should never have become Speaker, that he was never impartial, a bully and bossy. Doctor Speaker Wallace has denied all accusations made against him.

The Former Foreign Minister of Kliegme, Aleksandr Chernov has passed away in his sleep today. His family have registered his death to appropriate officials in 9:41am, Kliegme Time.
After the news spread to officials and the press, the State Duma, which was scheduled to convene today, held a moment of silence. The President, alongside many government officials expressed condolences to Mr.Chernov’s family. His family will hold a private funeral.
