Analysts say that this new junta is composed of more radical officers who were dissatisfied with the original junta’s leadership after the loss of Aurora. The radical faction of the military is starting to fragment due to infighting over the war effort.

A general poll taken by the Imperial tribune saw that 75% of frosts supported the Kensei Administration’s restraint in limiting their involvement to logistical support for CE members and honoring the imperial edict surrounding the protection of Frost royals. 15 % demanded the Kensei administration to do more and support their fellow Cordilians while another 10% demanded that the Empire stay out of the war entirely

The Besernian Ministry of Defense has struck a deal with Ikaranarean authorities to place Besernian aviation assets in Ikaranara as a forward operating base against Ryccia. Meanwhile, the 10th Flotilla and as a result the naval front altogether has been removed from the operation roll-call, and is being replaced by more units from the Air Force, the 77th Reconnaissance Wing, the 61st Air Transport Wing and the 11th UAV Regiment.
