An anonymous signatory party of “The Outlaw Declaration” and members of the Merimang Group begin a temporary recall of PMC EXilitary stationed in ERM docks. It’s unknown why they are recalled and where they prepare to dock, though apparently it’s related to internal struggles in Viliakmon proper, not the current events related to LoC. The Sedunnic Supreme Commander General Maks Fejellienn has in a joint press conference with the foreign minister confirmed that the Sedunnic navy has destroyed four facilities in Junta-controlled Ryccia associated with the Ryccian chemical weapons program: a bunker in Juno from which the orders were sent to deploy the chemical weapons, a research centre in Arkia, and an equipment storage facility and an assembly factory in Edoma. Satellite images were shown that were claimed to show the facilities before and after the strikes. The strikes were likely a message to the Junta to not escalate further.

I’m the debate on President Blancs impeachment the president defended her actions as well within what was previously the royal prerogative, and now the fore the presidential prerogative, saying she does not require parliaments approval for war.

Protests all across Ryccia have increased. The junta has begun to use chlorine gas and mortars to disperse demonstrations in some cities. Apparently, junta forces are losing their grip in a few major cities, as soldiers are increasingly defying orders to shoot civilians.

The Besernian bicameral parliament has met today to discuss a bill to declare a state of war against the Ryccian junta, in the casus belli being that their prolonged aggression has become a grave threat to the free basic constitutional order of the Federal Republic of Besern and the global balance. The bill is expected to pass and to be applied with immediate effect.
Parliament has overwhelmingly voted agaisnt impeachment of President Blanc, citing that boots on the ground is legal following the invasion of Doge Land which escalated the military intervention to a full scale war. This has given President Blanc free reign for war against Valora and Ryccia.
The Besernian government has effectively declared a state of war against the Ryccian junta after the aforementioned bill passed and was signed. An announcement from the Vice-Chancellor is due within the next few days.

The Imperial Frost government has formally authorized the use of military force against the Ryccian Junta, ensure the safety of Prince Aran Koigataki currently residing in Huawan and assist the Peonic military maintain their territorial integrity. Analysts have noticed that the AUMF also states that the Imperial Frost Military does not have authorization to conduct offensive operations into the Ryccian mainland and to instead coordinate with CE members with logistical support to alleviate the burden borne by the Sedunnic and Sallodesian operations against the Ryccian junta.

President Alexei Boroshilov reaffirmed Kliegme’s stance of supporting humanitarian aid to Dogeland and its allies. He once again made it clear that Kliegme will not tolerate the usage of chemical weapons, harshly condemning the attacks on Huawan, but also stated Kliegme is still willing to host peace talks if Ryccia were to withdraw its soldiers from Dogeland and cease hostilities.
During the conference, he said “The Junta should see the gravity of the situation, a reality, not delusions.” His words were criticised by the opposition for being either “unprofessional” or “too weak”.

Eflad delivers secon humanitarian aid package to Doge Land, Huawan and Ikaranara. The package contains medicals against chemical weapons, food and military hospital beds.
BREAKING NEWS: “The Boul” reports that they have gained access to a highly classified document from within the government which was produced in the emergency meeting of the cabinet.
Eflad has declared war against the Ryccian Junta and it will be announced this evening.
In a joint statement, the constitutionalists and the republican factions in Valora have rejected the junta’s offer for peace talks, saying they would only negotiate with Mirrey and consider the junta illegitimate.
