Kliegmean Representatives to the CE has submitted an re-evaluation on CE bases and missions abroad, assessing which bases need to be reinforced, funded more or less, modernised, or even withdrawn. The Kliegmean proposal regarding the data collected is mostly pragmatic, and leaves many room for discussion amongst members.

CE eyes only

Amongst the additional budget calculations, supply chain issue reports, and assesment on the effectiveness of CE activity, a topic that could cause significant debate is marked under the title “Proposal to withdraw from Spiras.” CE in Spiras has been assessed in the report as being “sidelined by the Starhawk forces”, “Diverts funds from peacekeeping in the Frostian DMZ”, and most importantly, “Spiras having the capability to defend itself and ensure stability with its own forces + its alliance”

In the same meeting, the Kliegmean Representatives have suggested that a joint declaration regarding the situation on the Frostian DMZ will be necessary to keep peace in the region, and prevent further incidents.

(Extra: proposals that were submitted include “Streamlining the efficiency of CE funds”, “Mending Historical disputes between CE members to increase popular opinion”, 3 different ways on how the budget influx from Kliegmean contributions can be utilised, such as joint weapon development, infrastructure repairs, and reserved for Humanitarian Aid.)
