Persuant to provision (14) of Decree 7, the Regency of Viliakmon has restructured the following diplomatic missions:
Embassies in Sedunn and Koros; Consulates in ND, Stoinia and Terelia.
-An embassy in the Republic of Sedunn, which is to house within its chambers, the consulates to: the New Dacians-The Danubian Federation, Kingdom of Stoinia and Terelia.
-An embassy in Koros.
Embassy in UPRAN; Consulates in TEM, Kliegme, Huawan and Ikaranara
-An embassy in UPRAN, which is to house within its chambers, the consulates to: the United Kingdom of Emerald and Denver, the Federal Republic of Kliegme, the Peony of Huawan and Ikaranara.
Embassies in Tekarai and Pelinai; Consulates inn GI-Land, U.S.I. and Ryccia
-An embassy in Tekarai, which is to house within its chambers, the consulates to: the Federal Republic of GI-Land.
-An embassy in Pelinai, which it to house within its chambers, the consulates to: U.S.I. and mainland Ryccia.
Additionally, the embassies hold legal supremacy and oversight over the consulates housed within their chambers.
The choice of embassies versus consulates seems to suggest which foreign sovereigns Viliakmon views as influential.
Furthermore, this arrangement received approval from the Merimang Group.
The Black Flag Army remains unsatisfied, allegedly declaring any state structure as a “sovereign over its citizens” as illegitimate and tyrannical.
