The Makonese Senate votes to grant Scarlett Blanc a 6 month dictatorship, with Field Martial Clara Storm as Magister Equitum. The dictatorship grants Dictator Blanc almost unlimited power to eliminated the uprising by Le Rogue forces. Parliament and the Senate retain control of functions not related to the war.
This is the first time a Dictatorship has been declared since the First Winter War from 1883-1885.
