June 22, 21:37 BREAKING: Armed Standoff at Zuhlgani Bases as OCDP Demands Full Evacuation
Ka’atria, Okhoa— Roughly three hours after launching coordinated operations at three Zuhlgani military installations across the Okhoan interior, the Okhoa Civil Defense Patrol (OCDP) remains locked in tense standoffs with Zuhlgani forces, demanding immediate evacuation of Dominion personnel and assets.
According to multiple sources inside the Okhoa Regional Council, the OCDP is acting under emergency directives passed in closed session late last week. The OCDP has reportedly issued ultimatums at the bases, calling the Zuhlgani presence “incompatible with the constitutional will of the Okhoan people.”
Reports indicate that Zuhlgani troops have fortified their compounds, refusing to vacate without direct orders from Ozákla. Sporadic gunfire was reported near the southern perimeter of Base Q-9 outside Ka’atria, though there are no confirmed casualties from either government.
Zuhlgani Defense Command issued a statement from Ozákla calling the OCDP’s actions “unlawful incursions” and warned that “the safety of Dominion personnel is non-negotiable.”
The Okhoa Regional Council remains silent as of publication, though aides to key autonomy-aligned lawmakers have privately described the move as “inevitable” following weeks of unresolved tension over base withdrawals and legal jurisdiction.
The World Forum’s transition oversight mission in Ka’atria has called for immediate de-escalation and urged both parties to “prevent bloodshed and preserve the spirit of constitutional transition.”
