A comprehensive Environmental Protection Act aiming at combating pollution and fostering sustainable development nationwide was passed by the Coalitanian People’s Union Senate in a historic move. The CNP overwhelmingly supported the new legislation, which sets ambitious targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and boosting the usage of renewable energy sources.

A decrease in carbon emissions of 30% by 2030
Incentives for companies implementing eco-friendly technologies
More financing for projects related to public transportation
Stricter guidelines for the handling of industrial waste
Nationwide tree-planting campaigns.
The Act was commended by Prime Minister Luciana Valdez, who said, “This is a monumental step forward for Alcoalitania.” By putting these policies into place, we’re not only protecting the environment but also our residents’ health in the future.
