The Ministry of Infrastructure has announced a new road map named “Building the roads of and for tomorrow: modernising Efladian infrastructure” in which major investments are planned.
The main points of the plan are

Renovating public streets
- Hereby, the government will take 25% of the costs, the states another 25%, and the municipalities 50%.
- If necessary, the government can take on a larger portion of the costs.

Modernising public transportation
- Renovation and electrification of railways
- New Efladian Cycle: hourly cycle on every station as a standard; high capacity stations quarter- or half-hourly cycle
- Investments in recruitment strategy

Modernising industry
- Higher subventions for companies using green and regenerative energy sources
- More effective market strategy and control from the state
The costs are estimated at around 3 Billion Efladian Gras. The plan aims to achieve these goals until 2026.
