Let me OOCly initialise a Sedunnic proposal to mend the possibly escalating Terminan Civil War using the more casual procedure discussed here.

I think this looks good. I Don’t have any issues with it OOC, and I think Ikaranara would support it IC.
Huawan would support it too, but we may want to limit the Frost Empire further to prevent another Reizen nuclear detonation.
At this time the risk of a deliberate nuclear strike is very low this time unlike the Reizen civil war since the only nuclear faction is the TCC and the publicly “neutral” city state of Point Rain. The TCC and all warring parties know that detonating nukes on Terminan soil will poison local opinion against the faction that used nuclear weapons.

Keylo-Izaakia would want guarantees of arms export restrictions, that would only allow sales to states only, with rigorous enforcement, and a ban on armed militias in Termina from the TCG.
Ouch, the two terms Point Rain and the other city states (they field their own militias outside the TSF) would be most unlikely to agree to

While the city states may whine and cry Kliegme wouldn’t quite be against this plan since it doesn’t really associate with Point Rain after its many incidents
Point Rain is only against the arms export restrictions because it directly hurts their profit lines. They hire private security contractors and private mercenaries and doesn’t maintain militias.
The other city states maintain their own militias separate from the Terminan security force and refuse to cede their hard power over to a central government.
I’d like to some time to come up with a 7 pillared argument about why profit shouldn’t be the main consideration in this case.
It would make sense to disband all militias and let the winner of a potential referendum form a national military. Or for the city states to form entirely separate nations if they can’t reconcile.

Issue is that the city states won’t agree to that arrangement. IRP Kliegme would agree with it but idk how far we can actually implement it
