On the Granting of Border Control Powers
Whereas Article 2, Section 4 of the Regional Officers Act requires that the Council on Regional Security be allotted at least three regional officer positions with border control and communications powers;
Whereas Article 2, Section 7 of the Regional Officers Act requires that all unused regional officer positions be assigned to the Council on Regional Security;
Whereas Farengeto and PenguinPies vacated their seats on the Council on Regional Security after losing their citizenship;
Therefore:
The Council on Regional Security hereby requests that Farengeto and PenguinPies be dismissed as regional officers, and that Emagination and Tepertopia be appointed as regional officers with border control and communications powers.
