Olivrser/Zane Farbe Eslanudial for PM

Hi

I may be one of the newest players in the race for the position of PM and I recognize that I am nowhere near as experienced or knowledgeable as my opponents, however i have something that they do not, a fresh view on the actions and policies of TSP’s many governmental departments and operations. This new perspective is one that is lacking in the upper parts of leadership in TSP and if added would potentially increase involvement of newer members and citizens (which is a issue that has been prevalent for some time) and would give the ability for more widely accepted legislation amongst the region.

I am currently a legislator (ice cream), the ambassador to Forest, and a active RMBer on the TSP RMB. I have 2 alts, one currently in Forest and one currently in TNP; neither of my alts hold any position in the regions they reside in.

I would like to thank @Utopia and @Hamborn for their nominations, as I was not originally planning to run on account of my inexperience but being nominated has given me confidence in my ability to be a PM.

Can you elaborate on what your “fresh view” entails? What are you going to do differently from the prior administrations?

Prior administrations have had a lack of newer players influencing the decisions made, my administration will work to make entry into TSP politics easier and reach out to newer players to get them more involved (which in the long term will improve regional security with more WA nations). Of course the effects will take a while to be noticed but even getting one or two entries than usual in a timeframe will add up over time.

Can you go into more detail how you would do this? Are you going to implement some kind of formal program? Or perhaps, any modifications to existing programs? When you say “newer” players, who are you targeting specifically (people outside the region, people who just joined/founded in the region, newly active chatters who haven’t gotten involved in government, people who applied to join a ministry, etc.)?

I will implement a outreach program and by newer players I mean those who just founded in/moved to the region and active chatters that are not involved with the government yet (both citizens and non citizens). Of course recruitment from other regions is another way and improving that would also be a good idea.

Your campaign focuses on integration. Do you have anything to say about culture, defense, and foreign affairs?

What would be your approach to the World Assembly as Prime Minister? What efforts would you undertake to boost our World Assembly endorsement counts in the region?

There’s a lack of on site events even though the infrastructure is already in place. I will work to increase the amount of on site events and improve advertising to the region for those events.

Defence is important. I will work to encourage membership in the SPSF and encourage current members to be active in the SPSF.

TSP has fairly good FA, although we have partially gained a bad reputation recently on some of our embassies RMBs. I will encourage good behavior on those RMBs (and all RMBs in general). I also will also work with our ambassadors to advertise regional events in other regions.

I would work with the delagate to send out telegrams to those not in the WA or endorsing the delagate and coral guard.

Oh I forgot to add that I am currently a cadet in the SPSF and have done some (admittedly minimal) work at updates

I’ll be directing the same questions to all PM candidates.

In the course of Assembly debates regarding the next Chair, the idea has been raised that the government should or could have an affirmative legislative agenda, akin to what we see in many RL parliamentary democracies. Which raises three questions:

(1) Do you believe that the TSP executive should have an affirmative legislative agenda, and why / why not?
(2) Will your government be pursuing a legislative agenda if elected Prime Minister?
(3) If so, what are your legislative priorities?

  1. Sorry but what do you mean by a affirmative agenda?

  2. Yes

  3. The agenda will be focused on gameside improvements (both intra and extraregional) and connections between the game and forums

I want more questions…
