Oaths of Confidentiality and Impartiality

HIGH COURT OF THE SOUTH PACIFIC
OATHS OF OFFICE

Associate Justices are required by the Judicial Act to take an oath of confidentiality and impartiality before they can enter into the execution of their duties. While no specific version of the oath is mandated by law, all Associate Justices to date have used the version first adopted by Chief Justice Kris Kringle.

Refer to Oaths of Confidentiality and Impartiality for a record of oaths taken in the former forum.
