Mitallduk Ministry of Defense and Foreign Affairs Joint Statement
January 7, 2024
The Mitallduk Confederacy expresses its deep concern and condemnation following a recent incident involving the detection and destruction of a surveillance drone within our sovereign airspace. This egregious violation, orchestrated by the Krauanagaz Federation, is a blatant act of espionage that undermines the principles of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence between our nations.
On January 6, 2024, our vigilant defense systems detected and neutralized a Federation Surveillance Drone trespassing in the skies above Mitallduk territories. The drone’s advanced surveillance capabilities were a direct threat to our national security and the privacy of our citizens. This unprovoked act of aggression cannot be ignored, and we hold the Krauanagaz Federation accountable for this breach of international norms.
The presence of a Krauanagaz Federation drone in Mitallduk airspace goes beyond a simple border violation. It is a clear indication of covert intelligence gathering and espionage activities directed at our sovereign affairs. Such actions are not only unacceptable but also pose a significant risk to regional stability.
The Mitallduk Confederacy calls upon the Krauanagaz Federation to provide an immediate explanation for this unwarranted intrusion into our airspace. This act undermines the trust that should exist between neighboring nations and raises serious questions about the Federation’s intentions.
In response to this breach of trust, the Mitallduk Ministry of Defense and Foreign Affairs will be reviewing diplomatic relations with the Krauanagaz Federation. The Mitallduk Confederacy will not tolerate any further encroachments on our sovereignty. We are actively considering all available options to protect our national interests and ensure the safety and security of our citizens.
The Mitallduk Confederacy remains committed to maintaining peace and stability in the region. However, we will not hesitate to defend our borders and national security against any threat. The onus is now on the Krauanagaz Federation to rectify this situation, restore trust, and prevent further escalation of tensions in our shared region.
