Hello, I have one request and one question. If you look at my plot called New East Altnavia, in Northeast Bailtem, You will see a river passing through the western island. That is a canal that I requested when claiming. However, it doesn’t go all the way to North Nealta, stopping at the middle of the island. Could you please fix that so that the canal can reach both sides of the island?
And for the question, when I am roleplaying and talking about the history of my plot in Pacifica, do I have to pretend that the nation existed for a long time instead of “Some Taiirasiman citizens moved into Pacifica and made a country.”? (If you didn’t know, Taiirasima is a dwarf planet used in my roleplays.)

As for your question: A country does not need to have a long and substantial history and if that alien settlement is some kind of legend or story told in Altnavia, that’s cool. If that’s supposed to be a fact, then it’d be considered uncanon, because afaik we don’t have, and it’s unlikely we will have, alien settlements on Earth/in reality.
Hmm ok. Am I allowed to have ‘spaceports’ (airports for spaceships) and several other unrealistic stuff in my plot, such as 99.97% accuracy missiles and galaxy teleporters?
No. Pacifica is a canon reliant on modern technology. As such, your people will have originated from Pacifica, will be human, and you will be restricted to modern tech.
