I’m not sure what you’re talking about, but hey. I’ve told you, you want to straitjacket people to behave exactly how you and a small clique want, and I’m afraid that’s just not reasonable.
This zero tolerance approach doesn’t account for honest mistakes. And your “first time warning, 2nd time ban” has no timeframe. Say you make a mistake 6 months ago, and then through a slip up, you make a second mistake. According to your plan, there’s the door.
