Such ships have come under critisism in recent years for the amount of marine wildlife left dead, and the amount of diseal required to burn to move locations. It is expected that the undersea ecosystem will increase in health as a result of an abscense of the ships; an increase that hopefully will translate into better fishing harvests.

The Head Ambassador is expected to be selected later within the day, and will likely begin arranging meetings with neighboring states.
