Statement From The Owner of The Hill
The Special Law II on King of The Hill Conflict has been passed with an actual vote almost a year before Hamborn’s Constitution of the Hill and has never been legally repealed, therefore the new ‘Constitution’ must obey Cayo’s Special Law.
Article I of Hamborn’s Constitution might be accepted as a rule for future articles.
Article I.a of Hamborn’s Constitution may be applied to future laws, although I suggest we hold a vote.
Article II of Hamborn’s Constitution is an illegal action according to the Special Law (Article III).
Article III of Hamborn’s Constitution is unnecessary, as this Constitution does not obey existing laws and therefore invalid. It is impossible to counter a law that doesn’t exist.
Article IV of Hamborn’s Constitution attempts to do an impossible task, as such a position does not exist.
Article V of Hamborn’s Constitution could work if edited a little… to ‘every person except for the owner’ instead.
Article VI of Hamborn’s Constitution probably does not have any problems.
Article VII of Hamborn’s Constitution is unnecessary. Already explained above, this is invalid and therefore impossible to be disabled.
Article VIII of Hamborn’s Constitution could use some more detail, to specify ‘problem’.
Article IX of Hamborn’s Constitution is unnecessary. As stated above, this is invalid and therefore cannot be put in force.
Overall, this new ‘Constitution’ is a new claim to the hill, which is against Article III of the Special Law. Therefore, it is declared invalid. However, @CayonNS shall open the hill for everybody to freely enter and exit the hill IF the TSP Deputy Minister of Media, Subversion, Sandwiches & Shitfuckery declares that Cayo should not completely own the hill.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that title to the Hill is vested exclusively in CayonNS, and all other claims are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
SO ORDERED.
