Constitution of the hill :
Article I : Every laws with less than 3 votes are now illegal.
Article I.a : Every passed laws with under 3 votes laws are erased even if it a forever law.
Article II : The Hill is now a property of everyone.
Article III : This constitution can’t be counter.
Article IV : proclam Hamborn as chief of the Assembly of the Hill
Article V : Every person who attempt to claim the hill by 10 november 2025 10pm05 CET will be sanctioned.
Article VI : The constitution is not affected by article I.
Article VII : This constitution can be disabled only by Hamborn.
Article VIII : If a problem occurs, the assembly of the hill can use this article to takes all powers of the Hill.
Article IX : The constitution is in force by the 10th november 2025 at 10pm05 CET.

Article III of Special Law II on King of the Hill Conflict says that all ownership claims made by people who aren’t me are illegal, therefore you are all doing illegal stuff, so stay away from my hill!
