Proclamation of Results
January 2024 Prime Minister Election
There having been no candidates who qualified to be listed on the ballot, the Election Commissioner hereby exercises the discretion afforded to them under Article 1 of the Elections Act to proclaim that the option to re-open nominations wins the election by default, and consequently the election is reverted to the period of nominations.
Nominations will remain open during the following period:
2024-01-19T19:00:00Z→2024-01-23T19:00:00Z
This proclamation shall serve as sufficient declaration that the result listed above is the result of the election.
