My brother’s built a couple of the normal-sized Gundam Plastic Models, these ones were a bit taller than a W40k Primaris Marine. The whole process for each was roughly 7 steps in a push-fit model (a much better push-fit than what GW’s selling). Right now I’m just waiting to get some primer and paints so I can finish the set

First day of medical school went quite well and I enjoyed attending today’s lectures. Afterwards, I went to a mall with 2 friends and had a great conversation. Unfortunately, there might be a problem. You see, we were talking about our high schools, and I told them about my bad experience. They wanted to know more about why my experience was so bad and I might’ve told them too much. I actually tried to change the topic, but at that point it’s already too late. I’m worried that they might think I’m a loser, cuz that’s who I was, back in high school. Maybe I’m overthinking this, but the thought of reliving my high school nightmare is very scary. If you guys have tips about how to deal with college friendships, please reply to this post, I need all the help I can get. Thanks in advance.

I walked into my dorm (summer program), and my roommate was like “Girl be careful there’s a roach in here,” and explained how she was in the bathroom and a roach crawled out of the shower drain and the followed her into our room, and how she tried to kill it but she couldn’t and it went to my desk and she hasn’t seen it since. This was actually my worst fear because our whole building has had a roach issue, so this was basically like my nightmare come true.
I walked over to my desk, and I was looking under and everything, and I didn’t see it, and I told her how like I have work to do so I’m gonna need to work elsewhere because there’s no way I’m gonna work at my desk with a roach able to pop out at any time. So she was like ‘oh can you work on your bed?’ and I explained how I can’t because when I’m on my bed I can’t focus and I’ll do other stuff like watch Netflix or play NS. So she was like ‘oh okay’ and then I walked towards the door to leave and then out of nowhere something jumped out from under the bed.
It was my friend. He was hiding there. They planned that whole thing to prank me. He was the roach. I think I had a mini heart attack. He also got the whole thing on video.

Today was surprisingly fun despite the increasing workload from my lecturers. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but for the first time in a very long time, I found learning enjoyable. I know that I’ll encounter greater challenges and difficulties in the future, but for now things are looking up.
