ENVIRONMENTAL INTEGRITY ACT:

Seeing new progression in debate in our House, I would like to request, a few again just to make sure, the following clauses struck off this Act with immediate effect.

  • Hereby nationalises all energy generation, local oil and coal production companies in Arnchow by January 2025,
  • Hereby creates a new government account to achieve the goals of this Act,
  • Hereby imposes duties on petrol and diesel for non-essential vehicles,

Furthermore, I would also wish to see the following clause modified for current circumstances.

  • Hereby forbids the construction of new coal, oil and gas power plants from September 2023,” to “…March 2024.

Also, I would like to retract my favour for a new Environmental Tax, for it would be redundant under the new Inland Revenue Act.

Also, just to add, on cars and environmental integrity, we do not need to get rid of all of them, but let me just say this, let’s ban SUVs. They discourage innovation, make driving all the more horrifying and unappealing; in turn also hurting our motoring business, hurts the environment more than a regular car, and generally hurts everyone, even the car makers. I hope thus, my colleagues in Jintzer, who take motoring to heart, will be in favour of adding these clauses.

  • Hereby bans all new imports, exports and purchases of sport-utility vehicles in Arnchow by March 2024; with the registration licenses of existing sport-utility vehicles set to expire without renewal,
  • Hereby requires explicit permission from the Ministry of Transport for an owner to own, purchase and import/export a sport-utility vehicle.

I hope my fellow colleagues can give a reply as soon as possible to this, I will then be able to confirm the edits by displaying the modified act, from there we can go to direct voting procedure. Thank you for your debate. And believe me, we’re not hippies, neither this is a “socialist plot”, we’re just trying our best to serve the people.
