Since the proclamation of the Great Dovian Empire in year 576 of Dovian unification (1604 BBT), the Turnasäaka Kastarä or Imperial Navy had played a key role with exploration, colonization, and expansion of the Dovian realm. From its humble beginnings in the Ponvilia War, Dovian naval capabilities had improved significantly over the centuries.

Since the incorporation of the Gathieter Slave Empire into Dovia in 1221 BBT, parts of the region remained unexplored due to Dovia’s expeditions elsewhere. With peace finally being established, emperor Vari II Sandovï’i orders the Gathieter Fleet to begin explorations and colonization of the last elements of the old Gathieter Slave Empire.

Leading the expedition is the TK Tarka of the 7th Combined Flotilla. With it are 12 other Nasäaka-class battlecruiser, 46 Kitaa-class scoutcruiser, as well as a combined total 86 other vessels. This fleet was under the command of High Commodore Rinas Nädara.

The fleet has already been moving for a few months, exploring parts of the uncharted territories and claiming them for the Sandovï’i Dynasty.
