Can @Heliseum be removed as owner of the Cabinet group, and me added as the owner?
Can the Wardroom group be added as the owner of the SPSF group?
Can the Cabinet group be added as the Owner of the Junior Cabinet group?
If you’re a leader of that group, you can make those changes yourself.
Could @Heliseum be removed as the leader of the Cabinet group, and me made leader?
I have now made @Utopia owner of the Cabinet group. I don’t see a way to remove myself as owner, however, though I may just be overlooking something obvious.

Regarding the Wardroom being made owner of the SPSF group. Any current owner seems to be able to add other owners. If it’s not technically feasible for one group to just automatically own another, I don’t really see a reason that the SPSF can’t make it internal policy to add wardroom members as owners. I’ll put a message in the officer’s chat to this effect.
I don’t believe it is.
