i plan on making Blevaria a developing country during the GW with not a huge industry, something like Greece or Yugoslavia in our universe. so i try to limit the amount of equipment the Blevarian military had in 1950
How would Pyhdon change sides? That’s normally not a decision taken by the same general command.
Why would Frank accept an alliance with Pyhdon prior to the Great War, if in his ideology and war plans it would be more logical to invade Pyhdon as well?
Where does the immense number of soldiers come from, especially for the operations far from Pyhdon?
Also just fyi, your dates for the events in Besern are not in line with what is laid out about the Gianlucian war efforts on the Wiki.
Furthermore I’m unsure, whether a pressure created by a potential (de facto) alliance between the Frost Empire, Ryccia, Stoinia and Pyhdon wouldn’t be too much and therefore necessitate Frankist Gianlucaland to collapse much quicker than currently agreed upon…

That’s still a relatively large naval force, without elaboration on why it received as much investment (in the form of convoys).
As for aircraft, believable as it’s unspecified what you’re including in it.
It also seems as if PYs war economy would’ve been very prepared, for some reason.
@ikonen just curious but how deep should the Struanians get into Huawan?
I was thinking kind of deep with possibly an operation to cut off eastern Huawan from the rest + to major cities, only to be stopped kind of like the Germans in Stalingrad and Leningrad
