  • Judiciary: The supreme judicial body of Okhoa is the High Arbitration Council, which consists of 13 people nominated by the First Minister and approved by the Zarhama Council. The High Arbitration Council is administered by the Chief Arbiter, who may delegate administrative duties among the other Arbiters as deemed fit. Each Arbiter serves a single, non-renewable term of 18 years on the High Arbitration Council. No person may serve, in aggregate, more than 28 years across all judicial offices in Okhoa. Lower legal entities in Okhoa are the Appeals Council, and Zarhma District Tribunals, subject to the same approval process as the High Arbitration Council.
