Where the funding is sourced from is not entirely clear to me. The WA itself?
As far as I can tell, that’s generally understood to be where funding for all WA agencies comes from.
I see no problems with this resolution.

OWL Voting Recommendation “FOR”
The resolution now at-vote is GA #8 “World Assembly Research and Innovation Organization”. This proposal founds the World Assembly Science and Innovation Foundation (WASIF) in order to advance science in member bodies. The proposal claims that innovation and scientific advancement are correlated with a region’s prosperity and success, and developing regions may lack the means to pursue scientific matters. WASIF is funded by the WA and will promote advancement and innovation in developing regions and all regions in the WA.
Science can help cure diseases and save lives- the lack of science funding in a region can hold it back. OWL believes that this resolution will aid underfunded regions and raise their quality of life. Therefore, OWL recommends you vote FOR this proposal.
