Abstaining for now. I don’t quite see why this is necessary, honestly. I’d like to hear all your thoughts, though.

Without establishing coordination between member states in managing electromagnetic bands, such bands could be inadvertently interfered with in ways that prevent their successful reception. In other words, digital communications would be made way less reliable. This resolution aims to avoid that.
