Fatiniyya restoration project

[Fatiniyah]

Hello all

I have not been very active in Pacifica as of late. My apologies. I did not have any motivation to do anything with Fatiniyya for a while. However a recent book I bought about Sultan Muhammad al-Fatih made me more motivated to work on Fatiniyya again

This will be where I write about my plans for Fatiniyya, Khadar, and Daristowa so that I have a single place I can use to keep information and changes before I move them to the wiki or national survey

My current plan for now is simply to complete most basic informations about Fatiniyya like economy, demographics, culture, and politics. I will also make sure history makes more sense for Fatiniyya and bring back the Fatiniyyan empire project. After that I will work on Khadar and after that Ganhara

Updated flag and emblem of Fatiniyya

Also change to motto of Fatiniyya:

لا حكم إلا لله to اَلَيْسَ اللّٰهُ بِاَحْكَمِ الْحٰكِمِيْنَࣖ
“Judgement belongs to God alone” to “Is God not the most just of judges”

Change is because the original motto of Fatiniyya was taken from khawarij and I want to change that. I also find 95:8 to be a very fitting motto for Fatiniyya

Fatiniyya is also now spelled فاتحينيا (Fatihiniyya) to fit with actual Arabic rather than فطينية (Fathiniyah) which is incorrect
