On top of it, since general ais are not capped and converted ais are already part of the population cap

Nothing to do with the proposal at hand, but three weeks seems like quite a long time for voting in a community as small as ours. It’s fine as it is, it just seems like we’d get to a result where the majority of RPers who plan to vote have voted and there’s still several days left with this system. Obviously there’s no changing it now for this, but maybe in the future it could be lessened to a week or week and a half.
