Curlyhoward banned

The user Curlyhoward has been permanently banned from our offsite and onsite platforms for repeated violations of our Community Guidelines, in particular relating to Offensive Material and Explicit Material. No particular incident was responsible for the ultimate decision to pursue this ban: Curlyhoward has been repeatedly warned by TSP moderation in the past for their postings on the RMB that were flagrant violations of the rules, but yet continued to post in a manner that is unbecoming of a long-time member of our community despite said warnings, and has proven to be unreceptive towards warnings by TSP moderation.

The Community Guidelines are meant to provide a safe environment to all participants in our community, and this in particular includes people of various backgrounds and ages. As such, they have to be applied consistently to all users, regardless of how long they have been a part of our community.

Curlyhoward may appeal this decision by sending a telegram to any Moderator, and their appeal will be heard by a panel of uninvolved Moderators.

What?! You got rid of a member who lived in your region 20 years, the person who sent the first RMB post?!

Members are not granted special privileges because they joined the game earlier than others, that would obviously be unfair to those who found that game later or who weren’t born as early as other people. He’s also had 20 years to build up a rap list of rule violations and warnings.

Also, as has been said time and time again, Curlyhoward did not make the first rmb post in TSP, the game used to only save the most recent posts (I believe it was the last 10) and his is simply the first one in the region to be rendered permanent.

Evidence of violations?

Some post referring to inappropriate things, I think.

That was the final nail in the coffin.

Well, this was unexpected.

none, Global Mods (NS mods in general) deleted it as it broked the PG-13 rule
