Article 2124 : Supreme Court precision
The Hall of spam government,
Seeing, that the Supreme Court had a lack of rules in his process.
Establish, these clause :
(1) Civil case will be encoded like the exemple : [CC.XX]*
*CC mean Civil Case and XX the number of the civil case
(2) Criminal case will be encoded like the exemple : [CR.XX]**
** CR mean Criminal Case and XX the number of the criminal case.
(3) Every text from the Court is traduct in the official languages of The South Pacific (Art.2000)
(4) The final judgement will be voted on a private group and discuss by the Chief and their Assistants.
(5) The lawyer and the accused discussion shall be via private messages.
(6) When a people is accused in a case, their article on Constitution II shall be repeal when the trial is open.
Hereby establish Article 2124 as an official article of the Constitution II of the South Pacific.
