Also if you want to construct embassies or become a trade partner, mention that as well.
I am interested in establishing relationships between Kustannuksa and Alcoalitania. We already have a shared history, after all.

You already know that, as one of your closest neighbours, and having shared history, that we would have embassies already.
We’d have to decide if Alcoalitania and Vrigny have any further relations, though.
