There has been a seconded motion to vote on the Prime Minister’s nomination of Welly as an Associate Justice of the High Court. The debate topic can be found here.

This is a High Court confirmation vote. According to the Legislative Procedure Act, each appointment shall require a majority greater than 50% to pass. The voting period will be 3 days.
