Clerks of the Assembly
The Chair is interested in appointing a number of clerks to assist in presiding votes and participate in the internal administration of the Assembly.
There are two qualifications to be considered for appointment as clerk:

Be a legislator with a clear record of active and good faith participation in the Assembly

Have never held an office subject to election or Assembly confirmation
The Chair is responsible for making all final decisions on the appointment and dismissal of clerks.
Clerks will be responsible for:

Opening or closing votes according to the rotation schedule set by the Chair.

Participating in internal discussions with the Chair and fellow clerks on the administration of the Assembly.

Presiding over Caucus Days.

Performing other administrative duties as directed by the Chair.
