Would it be possible to have a sub-forum appropriately titled Office of the Chair within the Assembly sub-forum? For the Chair and their Deputies to store templates and other Assembly Leadership content. With access only to the Chair and their Deputies?
Templates should be stored in the Templates category of this forum: Templates - The South Pacific
The determining factor for the creation of categories is volume of use. Given that the Assembly leadership is 1 or 2 people at most, and is largely secretarial rather than policy-making, I’m not sure a private category is warranted.
Can this thread be retitled to not break the screen?
